GSG Towers to build a huge transformer station

The GSG Towers company, part of the Gdańsk Shipyard Group, has signed a contract with Bladt Industries for the construction of three halves of transformer stations aimed at servicing “Hornsea”, or the largest offshore wind farm in the world.

Gdańsk Shipyard Group signed Letter of Intent with Marine Projects Ltd. Subject of the Letter is prefabrication of plat panels, which will be used for construction of passenger-car ferry.

Bladt Industries positively evaluated cooperation with Gdańsk Shipyard Group. Project consisted of prefabrication of 67 anode ca ges had lasted from October 2015 to August 2016.

Thise year graduates of Hull Fitter class of CKZiU nr 1 in Gdańsk took the challenge and started their first job. Few days after finishing school students received job offers from Gdańsk Shipyard Group – most of them have been working here since the start of July.

Women manufacture wind towers in GSG

Gdańsk Shipyard Group in cooperation with Gdańsk’s Poviat Labor Office trained 7 women within preparation for welding devices operator Project. 6 of them started job on wind towers production line – they were employed by GSG Towers.
