Automated Prefabrication Lines

Our state-of-the-art lines for automated prefabrication of thick steel components consist of:

Kashubian Quay

We have a quay with a mounting platform of a high load capacity. Our Kashubian Quay may accommodate vessels with a draft of 7 meters.

Plate storage facilities

Our plate storage facilities have a surface area of approximately 2.5 hectares and a permitted load of up to 13 t/m2. The facilities are fitted with four magnetic gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 16 t each, a smaller magnetic gantry crane with a lifting capacity of 10 t and a hook gantry crane with a lifting capacity of 10 t.

Storage facilities for finished sections of wind towers

Our current storage facilities occupy a total area of approximately 4 hectares. They are handled with two radio-synchronized mobile gantry cranes controlled from a single console. This method enables the efficient transportation of huge parts of towers between the manufacturing facility and the painting unit or from the painting unit to the place of storage and loading.
